Prepare packages
Print the shipping labels (single or in bulk) and stick them to your packages. Thus, they will be tracked and shipped at Amazon-negotiated rates.
Step 3
Process your orders and you’re ready to go!
Bring them to the nearest drop-off point. Customers can track the parcel from the first carrier scan until the delivery.

No, under the Amazon Easy Ship program in Poland, a flat rate applies for domestic shipments regardless of the customer's location. Currently, this rate is fixed at 3.49 pln (excl. VAT) for parcels up to 30 kg. The aim of this program is to simplify the cost structure for sellers by offering a uniform, competitive price across the entire country.
If you wish to offer differentiated shipping prices (e.g., for remote zones), you would need to use the Self Ship model, where you have full control over the rate card in Seller Central shipping settings.

What are the weight and dimension limits for packages in the Easy Ship program?
To qualify for the Amazon Easy Ship program, your packages must fall within strictly defined weight and dimension limits, which are aligned with carrier standards. Exceeding these limits may result in the shipment being rejected by the courier or incurring additional surcharges.
The applicable limits are:
1. Maximum weight: The parcel must not exceed 30 kg.
2. Maximum length: The longest side of the parcel cannot be longer than 120 cm.
3. Sum of dimensions: The total sum of length, width, and height (L + W + H) must not exceed 220 cm.

How to track packages sent using Easy Ship?
Tracking shipments in the Amazon easy ship program is fully integrated with Seller Central, providing 100% traceability for both the seller and the customer. You do not need to manually send tracking numbers to buyers, as the system does this automatically once the label is generated.
The tracking process works as follows:
1. For sellers: In the "Manage Orders" tab in seller central, you can click on the order number to view the current delivery status from the moment of the first carrier scan.
2. For customers: Buyers see the shipment status directly in their Amazon account or mobile app, eliminating the need to contact your customer service ("Where is my package?").
3. Inpost lockers: If the customer chose delivery to a parcel locker, they will receive a notification with a pickup code when the package is ready.
